He was born 1971. He started his worked as a Research Assistant and Lecturer in Public, International Law at Ankara University. Later on, respectively, He worked in Emlak Bank A.S, Ziraat Bankası AŞ and Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry Development Housing Development Administration of Turkey as legal advisor. Since 2007, he has been working as a lawyer at Law Office. Mr. SANLI’s practices focuses primarily on Company law, Real Estate Investment Trust, Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Obligation Law and Litigation.

He was born 1969. He worked for Governmental Banks (Ziraat Bankası AŞ) as a legal advisor. He was Assistant General Manager of Ziraatbank International AG. He has international litigation experience in Germany, France, Swiss and Holland. He was appointed as liquidator of Emlak Bank A.S branches in Europe. He has extensive experience in International Banking & Finance, Mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring and Liquidation. He is admitted to Practice in Bar of Istanbul. Mr. Uzun’s practices focuses primarily on Company Law, Banking & Finance Law, Competition Law,Taxation and International Employment law. Languages are Turkish, German, English and Uzbeks
